This Agreement is entered into between:

• • The Renter, being the individual who completes the booking and/or operates the vehicle; and
• • The Licensed Car Rental Company (the "Owner"), being the Korean car rental company that owns and provides the vehicle;

with OrcarStudio Corp. ("Orcar"), a company registered in the United States, acting as the booking platform, payment processor, and service facilitator.

By completing a booking, taking possession of the vehicle, or operating the vehicle, the Renter acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement and all incorporated policies.

The vehicle remains at all times the exclusive property of the Owner. No ownership or proprietary interest passes to the Renter.

The vehicle, rental period, pickup location, and return location are specified in the booking confirmation.

The rental period commences at the agreed pickup time and ends at the agreed return time, unless formally extended in accordance with this Agreement.

Early returns are permitted; however, no refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the rental period.

Only the Renter and drivers expressly registered and approved at the time of booking (each an "Authorized Driver") may operate the vehicle.

The Renter represents and warrants that all Authorized Drivers:

• • Meet all applicable age and driving experience requirements;
• • Hold a valid driver's license recognized under Korean law; and
• • Comply with all traffic laws and the terms of this Agreement.

The Renter is jointly and severally liable for the acts and omissions of all Authorized Drivers.

The vehicle may be used solely for lawful personal transportation.

The vehicle must not be used:

• • By any unauthorized driver;
• • While under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance;
• • For racing, speed testing, off-road driving, towing, or transporting hazardous or illegal goods;
• • For any illegal, reckless, or intentional misuse;
• • On beaches, sand roads, or unpaved sandy terrain;
• • On ferries or for travel to Udo Island or similar restricted areas.

Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate termination of the rental and voiding of applicable protections.

No security deposit is collected by Orcar.

All rental charges, fees, penalties, and post-rental adjustments are processed by Orcar via its payment service providers.

United States Dollars (USD) are the primary billing currency.

All rentals include mandatory liability insurance required under Korean law, covering:

• • Bodily injury or death of third parties;
• • Damage to third-party property;
• • Bodily injury or death of the driver, subject to statutory limits.

Coverage limits and applicable deductibles are disclosed at booking. Optional responsibility reduction add-ons, if selected, reduce the Renter's out-of-pocket responsibility only and do not increase insurance coverage limits.

Collision Damage Waiver ("CDW") is not insurance. CDW is an optional contractual waiver that limits the Renter's financial responsibility for damage to, theft of, or loss of the rental vehicle, subject to the selected CDW tier.

If CDW is declined, the Renter is responsible for all repair costs, loss of use, administrative fees, and the full vehicle value in the event of total loss or theft.

If CDW is accepted, deductibles apply per incident, not per rental.

CDW does not apply to interior damage, undercarriage damage, or damage resulting from prohibited use, negligence, or unauthorized drivers.

Optional accessories and services may be rented, including child seats and other equipment.

All accessories must be returned in their original condition.

If any accessory is returned damaged, excessively soiled, missing, or not returned, the Renter agrees to pay a cleaning and repair fee of USD 200 per item.

In the event of an accident, damage, theft, or incident involving the vehicle, the Renter must:

• • Secure the scene and comply with applicable laws;
• • Notify emergency services where required;
• • Notify the Owner or Orcar immediately; and
• • Cooperate fully and provide all requested documentation.

Failure to comply may result in loss of protection benefits and full financial liability.

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.

Pets and fishing equipment are not permitted in the vehicle.

If, upon return, the vehicle requires cleaning or restoration due to smoking, odors, sand, spills, pet hair, prohibited items, or misuse, the following fees apply:

Interior cleaning and restoration fee: USD 200

Additional repair or remediation costs may be charged if cleaning alone is insufficient.

These fees are applied per incident and are not refundable.

The Renter is responsible for all fines, traffic violations, tolls, penalties, and related administrative fees incurred during the rental period, including those issued or received after the vehicle is returned.

Where Orcar or the Owner receives notice of a fine or violation after the rental period:

• • Orcar may charge the Renter's payment method on file for the applicable amount plus any administrative handling fee;
• • If automatic charging fails, Orcar will notify the Renter and request payment.

If such amounts are not paid within fifteen (15) days of Orcar's payment request:

• • The Renter may be restricted or blacklisted from future bookings;
• • Information regarding unpaid fines or violations may be shared with licensed car rental companies in Korea;
• • Future booking requests may be rejected at Orcar's discretion.

Cancellation terms are as follows:

• • Cancellations made more than twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled rental start time are eligible for a full refund;
• • Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled rental start time are permitted subject to a ten percent (10%) cancellation fee;
• • No refunds are available after the rental start time or for no-shows.

The Owner may terminate this Agreement and repossess the vehicle immediately if the Renter breaches this Agreement or if continued use of the vehicle poses a safety or legal risk.

Termination does not relieve the Renter of responsibility for accrued charges or liabilities.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws, the courts of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Failure by the Owner or Orcar to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the rental.
